Yes, you can stop in the Library and use our resources. If you want to borrow books, you will need to get a community card. Ask at the Circulation Desk.

Live in Ohio?

You have access to a number of the same databases you used while you were attending DC as a resident of Ohio. Check out the complete list of databases available by visiting the Ohio Web Library. Most databases can be accessed from your home computer by simply entering you Ohio zip code. Other databases require you to have a library card from your local Ohio public library.

Borrowing Items

Alumni may obtain a borrowing card to check out books and audiovisual materials owned by the Library.

A borrowing card may be obtained by filling out a form at the service desk and showing identification such as a driver's license.

Loan Times

Books may be borrowed for an initial 2 week period and audiovisual materials for a 1 week period. Books may be renewed twice, each time for two weeks, as long as a hold has not been placed on the item. You can renew items online through the My Account link or by calling the Library at (419) 783-2481.
