For all audio-visual needs (projector, speakers, microphones, etc.), please email AVHelp@defiance.edu. This email generates a new ticket in the system. Several people are monitoring this email and ticketing system. The subject line of your email becomes the title of the ticket. If you are experiencing trouble with a projector in the classroom, include the classroom name in the subject line. Please put the date and event in the subject line if you require AV set up for special events. If you have an urgent problem, please call the computer services help desk at ext. 2667.
If you are experiencing problems with a laptop, desktop, printer, network connection, or Wi-Fi signal, contact computer services at ext 2667 or generate a ticket by emailing helpdesk@defiance.edu.
