Student Academic Support Services provides free individual tutoring sessions. Our tutors, who have been recommended by faculty members, have successfully completed a course prior to tutoring, have a strong understanding of the content material, and have a desire to help others succeed. Tutoring is available in all the disciplines and in most courses offered across campus; however, because we utilize peer tutors and some courses are offered alternate years, we cannot always guarantee we can find you a tutor.
There are math tutors on duty throughout the day and evening in the Learning Studio (next to the main entrance of the Pilgrim Library), please check the days and times available below. These math tutors can help you with Quantitative Reasoning, College Algebra, and Pre-Calculus.
Please note: Group tutoring sessions are also offered for some courses.
To learn more about any of the tutoring options contact Student Academic Support Services (rooms 217/216 of the Pilgrim Library, 419-783-2332, or firstname.lastname@example.org).
To request a subject tutor, simply complete the online Tutor Request Form available on this webpage or complete a paper form (available outside of Brandon Ripke's office - on lime green paper).
