Example:

Sherry, Vincent. The Great War and the Language of Modernism. New York: Oxford University Press,       2003. http://rave.ohiolink.edu/ebook/ebc/9780195178180 (accessed June 9, 2009). 

Citations of eBooks require two additonal items:

• URL of the database or website.
• Be sure to use a permanent or persistent link if available.
• Date the book was accessed.

Author's Last Name, Author's First Name. "Title of the Chapter," in Title of the Book, ed. Editor           First Name Editor Last Name (Location: Publisher, Year), page numbers.

Example:
